Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. We try to dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours on normal BAU days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.
  2. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
  3. Shipping charges of ₹75 to be applied on order value below ₹499. (This amount is exclusive of GST)
  4. Orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to ensure proper protection of the goods.
  5. Orders will be delivered within 24-48 hours on normal BAU days from the date of confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address. If the estimated delivery date has passed and the tracking link does not provide updated information, please allow an additional day or two for delivery.
  6. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  7. You may receive your order in multiple shipments depending on the products ordered. However, this may not be the case for all order places on the website.
